The KD400 switches are a new clack king, succeeding the HMX KD200 switches.
Manufactured by HMX using the newest moulds and newest materials, the KD400 is the first-ever HMX switch that uses the M1 strengthened POM stem and the N3 bottom housing. When they collide, it creates a unique and clacky sound profile. It is reminiscent of the classic HMX clack, but there is something more to it.
Mould-wise, KD400 uses the L3 mold sets with a slightly larger gap between the stem and the top housing, allowing for a super smooth travel.
These switches are a unique existence among the HMX linear lineup, and a must try if you are a clack lover.
Switches sold in multiple of 35 packed in KD packaging.
